When will my order ship?
All in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days from our fulfillment center in South Carolina.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
During high-volume months (August–December), delivery times may run slightly longer.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our facility in Greenville, SC.
2. Sizing & Product Questions
How do your crewnecks fit?
Our crewnecks run true to size with a comfortable, slightly relaxed fit.
If you're between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up.
Are the designs embroidered or printed?
Everything is fully embroidered using high-quality thread.
That’s why our pieces last for years and feel premium.
How should I wash my crewneck?
Turn inside out, cold wash, and hang dry for best results.
Avoid high heat- it can shorten the lifespan of embroidery.
Do you restock sold-out schools?
Yes! Restocks typically happen 8 weeks depending on production schedules.
You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page.
Can I request a new school or campus building?

3. Returns & Exchanges
What is our return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Customers will incur an $8 restocking fee.
What is our exchange policy?
Exchanges are also welcome within 14 days.
Customers cover return shipping, and we cover shipping on the replacement item.
What if we sent you the wrong item?
If we made a mistake (wrong school, wrong size, wrong color):
✔ We’ll send a replacement for free
✔ You don’t need to return the original

4. Order Issues
I entered the wrong address - what do I do?
Email us immediately at support@collegetraditions.shop with your order number.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
Unfortunately if the order has shipped, we cannot update or reroute the address.
My package shows as delivered but isn’t here.
Packages sometimes get scanned early or delivered to neighbors/mailrooms.
If it doesn’t show up within 48 hours, email us and we’ll help track it down.
My item arrived damaged.
Email support@collegetraditions.shop with photos and we’ll make it right ASAP.
5. Licensing & Authenticity
Are you officially licensed with the colleges?
Yes - all of our products are fully licensed through the appropriate collegiate licensing agencies.
A portion of every sale goes back to the university.
Do you use official school colors?
We match our embroidery threads to officially licensed colors for each school whenever possible.
6. Wholesale & Retail
Do you offer wholesale for campus stores or boutiques?
Yes! We work with retailers nationwide.

Do you offer bulk custom orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders with a minimum of 72 units. Email asa@collegetraditions.shop with details.
Do you offer one off custom orders?
Unfortunately due to both the nature of licensing requirements and production capacity, we do not offer one off custom orders.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We can sometimes accommodate group orders for alumni associations, sororities, etc.
