International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@collegetraditions.shop with a description of the damage and photos, if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
