Very disappointed with my first experience as a customer. I was told by customer service that there were no S/M sizes left for exchanges, so I tried to make the L/XL work and even washed it in an attempt to shrink it. Shortly after, I was told an S/M was suddenly available.

Had I been given accurate information initially, I would have waited and never washed the L/XL. I asked for an exception to exchange it given the circumstances, but was only offered a 15% discount. I understand policies, but when a customer makes a decision based on information provided by your own customer service team, I believe the company should take some responsibility. Extremely frustrating and not the experience I expected as a first-time customer.

I was so excited to receive this product and waited for weeks after pre-ordering only to be disappointed. The neckline of the product I received is drastically different from the pictured model both on the site and on marketing photos like Instagram. I ordered a S/M size and you can see how wide the neckline is - nearly a boat neck. This is hanging on a curved small hanger without trying to stretch anything because I felt completely gaslit that I had misinterpreted the images when I bought it. Some photos of other schools have the wide neck, but all images of this LSU design show a significantly slimmer neck profile, with the neckline barely extending over the tiger on either side. I've send a few emails now to the company, now day 5 waiting to hear back. Really wish I had a different experience because I love the look of the intended item.
